Who holds the title of Chairman for Capital Oil and Gas Ltd.
This man is a fraud and a scammer.

Fred Bohn has defrauded many people and continues to do so. He hides behind other people to try to keep himself safe from the people he has swindle hundreds of thousands of dollars. Here is a rundown on what he does. Fred Bohn will contact his victim with an offer to buy oil. Then he contacts you under an assume company to sell oil. Both offers look really good. To sweeten the pot he offers a mandateship from the seller. Now that you have become the "seller" with a mandate of the supplier of oil, it is your responsiblility to put up the performance Gararantee. This Guarantee can be anywhere from $25,000.00 to $300,000.00.

The scammer (Fred Bohn) demands the cash as a guarantee that you will deliver the oil. He knows you will neve deliver because he is playing both ends.

When the deal falls through he gets to keep the money because you could not deliver because it was never there to start with.
